Exact prices of the main attractions in Malaysia

Malaysia is such an amazing country. No matter if you travel backpacking on a budget or spending much more, this country will provide you with many things to do. Since we definitely were on a budget, we really loved the fact that leaving aside the big touristy attractions, all the tickets were so cheap. Or many of them even free. And this includes almost all the temples, galleries, heritages sites and museums. And then, the major attractions for tourists, as the Petronas Twin Towers for instance, are way more expensive. But of course, it’s up to you to pay and go there or save it and go somewhere else.

Something we loved also is that in all the big cities of the country there are many tourism offices. And there you will be able to get different 50-pages region guides for free. With all the information regarding tourist attractions, public transport, maps, useful contacts, etc. So don’t spend on Lonely Planet guides and go get these ones there :P

Then, as we did already with Myanmar, we will write a post with all the prices we wrote down while passing by Malaysia. As the other post, the fact that is written here doesn’t mean at all we went there and even less that we recommend it. It’s just here in case you may want to know how expensive it can get to sight-see everything in all the major cities.
