You will find it in the very center of the city, near Lyabi Hauz square and other historical sightseeing. The name of the property, Kavsar, has Iranian origins as well as the nice family that five years ago decided to turn their house into the nowadays cozy boutique hotel.
There are different kinds of rooms double, twin and also triple. All of them are provided with AC, flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom and fridge. They are spacious and distributed between the ground and first floor around the yard.
The hub of the place is without doubts the interior garden. This is the main common area with a few tables and benches where you can relax after your visiting, sipping your daily complimentary refreshing beer or cheering with a glass of wine.
To fight the hot it is available a giant outdoor fan and in case of bad weather, almost unlikely to happen, they have also a covered dining room, beautifully painted in the traditional way and with folkloric objects. I personally like a lot moreover for the bright colors.
To start the day with the right foot between 7 AM and 9 PM you can enjoy the most complete breakfast we have tried in Uzbekistan. Once you are sitting they will start to bring you several kinds of food, even us that we are great eater we had trouble cleaning up all the dishes. Cheeses, cold cuts, bread, jams, eggs, fruits and so on, everything delicious.
Also we suggest stopping by their coffee shop, located right next to the hotel where we had the pleasure to try really tasty pumpkin samosa.
Due to the few number of rooms and the hospitality of the owners and workers, you will find a familiar atmosphere and a quiet place in the heart of the historical Bukhara.
