We stayed in one of the new bungalows on the riverside, from where we could get directly into the water and also see the amazing sunrise reflected on the river right from our bed. Eugenia could not stop repeating how she loved the smell inside of the room, you know, this characteristic perfume of fresh wood, like being in the forest. They also have other kinds of bungalows, with different prices, so for sure you will find the one that suits your necessities.
The resort is big and completely surrounded by nature, and even if they keep on constructing new accommodations and common areas, your tranquility will not be affected by it.
At the restaurant, also located in the river bank, you will be able to enjoy any kind of meal or drink, and relax there in the company of the other costumers or with the same owners and workers, who will not hesitate to join you for a nice talk.
The staff is really caring about the needs of the clients and at the reception, beautifully hand-decorated with stones, you will find 24/7 someone from the staff that will be glad to help you to decide what to visit in the area and where to hang out. Moreover, for your excursions you can easily rent a motorcycle or bicycle directly at Ramo, so you will be ready to go around to explore the beautiful town and province of Kampot.
