The location is very nice, divided in a summer part that takes place in a rustic garden rounded by stone walls and porches where to dine, and a more elegant and refined indoor locale waiting for you during the cold winters of Astana. Surely noteworthy is the many and different private dining rooms available, suitable for business meetings, celebrations and more intimate meals.
Even if nowadays the chefs are from Kazakhstan, they definitively keep high the tradition of Georgian cuisine: home-made bread, khinkali and shishlik cooked on the barbecue. From meat to fish there are many delicious main dishes that you can choose from, hot and cold appetizers and salads.
Continuing to speak about food, among the dishes we tasted we especially appreciate some of them. We both definitively enjoyed eating the classic version of khachapuri with only cheese as also the one with mushrooms. We loved as well the lamb ribs, super tender meat, with pomegranate sauce, surely to include in your order! Jordi found the dolma really good moreover dunked in the garlic and sour cream sauce and I loved the cold entrance called chicken sacivi, meat covered by garlic and peanut sauce.
To accompany you through your dinner, beside a good glass of Georgian wine, some of the nights there will be live music performance and to properly conclude and digest the good meal, if you like, you can relax and chill smoking shisha.
