WakaGangga is an amazing resort you will find in the outskirts of Tabanan, right in front of Gangga beach, that was definitely a paradise for us during our trip in Bali.

The property is huge and there are many different kind of villas all around. Ours was the Garden View kind, which is characterized by having a big garden with a gazebo where to spend some time comfortably on their sofas. And then the awesome building that was going to be our house during our stay. The furniture and the whole staging inside was beautiful. Everything so well-finished and taken care of. We found lovely also that after the housekeeping in the afternoon, there is another one in the evening where they leave everything ready for you to go to sleep.

The room itself, we have to say that was amazing. A private oasis with a huge and next-level comfortable bed from where to rest or watch the flat-screen TV with many international channels. And the bathroom, just speechless, finely decorated as the rest of the villa, with an inside and outside shower and an original tube where to have a regenerating bath by candlelight.

So yes, having all this in the room, it was really difficult for us to step out of it but when we did it, outside was as amazing as inside. In the garden, next to the reception building, you have the swimming pool with views to the ocean. Just lie down on the deck-chair, listen to the sound of the sea and relax. Next to it, there is also a gym opened all day, but if instead of working out you prefer to pamper yourself, take an appointment at the spa. An activity you shouldn’t definitely miss is to have a walk in the long and quiet black-sanded beach that lies right in front, where you can get to see a beautiful sunset.

Another nice spot at the resort where to admire the beauty around is the restaurant, where in the morning you can wake up with a really complete breakfast and between 4pm and 5pm take part of the complimentary Tea Time, where you can enjoy Balinese cake along with tea or coffee.

So, to conclude, between the delightful villas, the attentive and friendly staff and the quietness of the property we could not recommend more this place. Also we had the chance to take part in one of their day-tours around Bali, which we loved as well and you can read all about it here (link).
